Returns policy

In accordance with EU law, you are entitled to return you print/ prints within 14 days of receipt, for whatever reason. In order to receive your refund of the value of the goods (but not shipping) the print must be returned in its original packaging (unless it has been damaged) and not have been removed from its transparent, acid-free protective bag. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer.

Should the print arrive damaged, you must photograph it and its packaging immediately on receipt and send these photographs to us at info@benvieart.eu You will be refunded the cost of the goods (but not shipping) or you can have a replacement print sent, without additional shipping charges.
